Launched in 2018, the 3tentos app is one of the main initiatives to expand digitalization in Rio Grande do Sul's agriculture. In just five years, the number of users has jumped from 1,400 in 2020 to over 10,000 today. This significant increase in the user base reinforces the app's role as a tool to support grain marketing in a practical and digital way.
In 2025, 3tentos reached the R$1 billion mark in transactions conducted exclusively through the company's app, solidifying its leadership in the digital transformation of agribusiness. In total, more than 11 million bags of soybeans, corn, and wheat were fixed by producers through the platform.
According to Álvaro Alba, Digital Agriculture Coordinator at 3tentos, expectations for this year are even higher. "We will include canola negotiations for Rio Grande do Sul producers. Transactions are 100% digital and free for users."
In addition to increasing reach among producers, the 3tentos app has been strengthening customer relationships by bringing together services such as issuing invoices, checking grain balances, digitally signing documents, paying bills, and checking contracts and products in stock.
Digitization is also advancing with the adoption of digital certificates: over 30% of users already have the document, issued and authorized by the 3tentos team, facilitating the issuance of electronic invoices directly through the app.
For Alan Araldi, Marketing Director at 3tentos, the company's app offers farmers a practical and convenient experience, similar to what they are already accustomed to when consuming goods and services on a daily basis. For 3tentos, the platform represents a gateway to the market and an essential customer service channel. "Rural producers value technology—proof of this is the technology already embedded in current machinery. We are pursuing a path of Research, Development, and Innovation to solve farmers' pain points, both now and in the future," he stated.
